Multi-axis drilling machines are classified according to the hardness of the machined parts, and can be divided into three types: medium cutting, heavy cutting, and super heavy cutting. Medium cutting is suitable for workpieces with HB≤150, such as aluminum, magnesium and copper. Heavy cutting is suitable for soft parts with more than 10 holes or steel and iron with less than 7 holes, such as HB ≤ 265 or less. Powerful overweight cutting type is used for high hardness workpieces such as 265≤HB≤330 steel and iron.
